Starting a proper routine
I have read thunders for a few years now, and have always been interested in PE, I firmly believe that it works (based on previous experiences) and have come to seek advice, thoughts, feedback and expertise in the ways that I can really get great girth gains.
From discovering PE in my late teens (I am now 25) and reading a lot about the various techniques, I decided that I would dabble and started to adopt performing kegels and jelqing (mostly dry) at random times, in random intervals. In terms of gains from this, its hard to know, but I firmly believe that all the on-off jelqing / kegels mixed in with the routine have definately benefited my length massively. Last time I measured (Which was some time ago) I measured 8.2 NBP. I literally sit there / stand and dry-jelq / stretch as much as environment allows I could just be chilling on the couch and I will be dry jelqing, even with 20% errection. I have also done some clamping before to work on my girth and it is something that I enjoy doing, feels good and naturally its a very tangible process as you can see your piece engorged within seconds of begining the process, giving you something solid to aim for as a ‘set state’. I am interested in potentially getting a BathMate, any feedback would be welcomed.
Girth is my key objective here, and I’m sure that without a doubt, as part of committing to PE ‘properly’, that I will experience length gains even when aiming chiefly for girth gains. Again, I would welcome as much feedback on honing in on that area as possible. I have read a tonnes and tonnes prior to becoming a registered user and I am very interested in experimenting with Bathmate and Clamping, but not at the same time, as a way of steadily increasing my girth.
Today I actively started the newbie routine, however, instead of a wrap I replaced this with having a quick, very hot bath, as every time I step out the bath, my cock is hanging like mad and in my opinion has ‘expanded’ perfectly to start jelqing. I combine my jelqing with kegels every time I reach for the next OK grip and tend to do my sessions for between 7-10minutes. I also do light stretching. I find that for me personally, Jelqing works best when I am performing it downward toward the floor rather than up and infront.
