Starting a clamping routine
So I just ordered the cable clamp online and I am going to start a routine upon it’s arrival. I have not decided what I am going to use as a liner for the clamp but I have a few ideas. What I am wondering is how often should I clamp, how many reps should I do, and how many seconds should each rep last in the beginning. Also, how fast should I increase frequency and time of reps and when should I stop increasing?
