Buddy, it’s not your program so don’t try to change the rules. I’m not writing a PE program like Mike Menzer or Doggcrapp here.
That’s just 10 jelqs starting off as fast you have been doing them before. Will it make you bigger? No. It’s just to get you used to doing more jelqs slowly over time. So that way when you get to 25 jelqs your penis will be strong enough to do that and more without breaking again.
