Howdy there!

So, I wanted to give a shot at PE so I started at July 15th.I think that if it works it would be magnificent, and I will continue doing it for a long time.

My P is 5.4 inches in lenght and 5.5 in circumference (erect,both.).

What do you guys think that would be a good size for length on this girth? I don’t really think that raising my circumference values would be extremely necessary, but any gain is very very welcome.

I started doing:

10 minutes of JELQ (switching hands , around 5 seconds each)

+ Stretching

+(I don’t know the exact name for it) trying to ‘flex’ the Perineum area (without touching it) 100 times.

So, is that a good daily basis? I take around 20 minutes to do that. I was thinking about doing that 5x a week and leaving the weekends for my P to rest.

I’m very sorry for not using the correct terminology and etc, but I’m still really new to all of this.

Also, is there any diet tips that I should follow? Adding some vegetables / proteins, or something like that?

There is plenty of info available through the threads if you search for what your looking for. The newbie routine is probably a good place too start and then develop from there when it’s time. I’d recommend warming up before your routine and warm down after your routine, it seems too help a lot and has seemed too be successful for a lot of people. You can use a heating pad, a warm towel or something along those lines. I’ve always preferred the heating pad personally. 5-10 mins before and after your routine should be beneficial.

Current: Feb. 2018 - FL: 4.75", FG: 4.625", BPEL: 7.375", EL: 6.8125", MSEG: 5.25"

Short term: NBPEL: 7"x5.25" - Ideal: NBPEL: 7.5"x5.5" - Dream: NBPEL:8"x6"

Do what in the shower? The whole routine? Or just warming up, warming down? I don’t do my routine in the shower personally, but I’ve heard of others doing at least some of their routine in the shower. Depending on the routine one is doing, you might be spending a lot of time in the shower. Also some of the stretchs I do basically require sitting so the shower isn’t really in my realm. What ever works best for you while doing your routine should be fine, experiment too find the best conditions and place for you too do you pe. Somewhere you can be relaxed and focused on what your doing.

Do your routine where you like it. Just do it. PE works. You are allready thick. You are average in length. You can’t avoid getting thicker with pe. So I think you should go for 7X6 which will probably be very big, not huge, but you are starting with a big girth so.. 6x6 is also considered big and is a very achievable goal for you for starters. You choose.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
