Started trying PE on July 15th, am I doing it right?
So, I wanted to give a shot at PE so I started at July 15th.I think that if it works it would be magnificent, and I will continue doing it for a long time.
My P is 5.4 inches in lenght and 5.5 in circumference (erect,both.).
What do you guys think that would be a good size for length on this girth? I don’t really think that raising my circumference values would be extremely necessary, but any gain is very very welcome.
I started doing:
10 minutes of JELQ (switching hands , around 5 seconds each)
+(I don’t know the exact name for it) trying to ‘flex’ the Perineum area (without touching it) 100 times.
So, is that a good daily basis? I take around 20 minutes to do that. I was thinking about doing that 5x a week and leaving the weekends for my P to rest.
I’m very sorry for not using the correct terminology and etc, but I’m still really new to all of this.
Also, is there any diet tips that I should follow? Adding some vegetables / proteins, or something like that?
