I didn’t take measurements before I started. Tomorrow I will take full measurements to get an accurate measurement.
I did a 5min warmup with a warm rag.
Then I did 200 3-5 sec jelq
Then I warmed down with a warm rag.

I’m going to continue to do this as my routine over the next few weeks. I will do 2 days on 1 day off. If there is anything else I should add to my routine please let me know.

No I joined a while back when I was 16 and then came to realize that I still had time to grow so I left it at that. Then I finally came back yesterday and read around on here.

I have been trying to read everything possible on that post right there. There is just so much information to take in at once.

LOL. I joined 5 years ago too, but only did PE for a month. I stopped for a number of reasons, but now have the energy to work on it again. One of the interesting things that I developed in that time was trust in this process. Seeing things keeping on here good, long, and strong is encouraging.

I am back now, considering starting things up again. I’m so busy with grad school, that the only thing I have time for is fowfers while working on homework! I look forward to starting up the newbie routine when the semester ends in two weeks.

In the meantime, is it OK to do fowfers as a newbie? I sure hope the answer is yes!

I don’t know if you’re going for length or girth. Either way though you might want to do some manual stretches. Even if you’re only going for girth manual stretches will help you get your penis used to length exercises, if you want to add length in the future.
