Well I finally started the newbie routine. I stretched for 5 minute, then jelqed for 5 minutes. Later in the day I could feel it. It bordered on pain, but not quite. I could just feel it in my dick, just a little uncomfortable. Also, I did develop some red dots at the end of my head. Did I over do it a little, or is this just about right? I have read everything about not over doing it, and I listen! I don’t want to fuck my dick up! Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You stated that it “bordered” on pain. I’m going to ask a question and I want a really honest answer please. You may have gripped to hard or something, and then maybe not.

On a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being no pain and 10 being you want morphine where on the following does your discomfort fall.

1-3— annoying discomfort, it just kinda hangs out in the back of your mind; its there but doesn’t interfere with anything

4-6—you know its there, and it is starting to interfere with what you want to do (function)

7 to 10—all you can think about is how to get rid of the pain, it has totally taken over your life and you can no longer function.

Red spots are a sign of pushing it just a bit too much. They are fairly common when PEing but don’t look to have them every session.

You over did it. Either by the amount or the intensity. A day or two in rest will clear it up no problem. Try avoiding these in the future as it is a negative PI.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Damn, I’ve learned something new (again). I always thought red spots were the sign that you did it right, as they would heal and ‘expand’ the head.

On a side note, you have to do at least 150 to 200 jelqs during a session, does it matter that it only takes me about 5 minutes to do 200 jelqs?

I find it hard to do slow jelqs, I mean I’m trying to do it slowly, but it just won’t work that well.

What won’t ‘work that well’? Do you mean you get bored or physically can’t go that slowly?

I know that when I started, my jelqs were about 1 - 1.5 seconds in duration - way too fast! Now that my penis and I have a more intimate relationship we have come to a mutual understanding: I use a little baby oil and I start by jelqing for 3-4 minutes with fairly rapid strokes to warm-up. Then I move on to 5 minutes worth with 4 - 5 second jelqs with an 80% erection, before going onto stretching or clamping.

I use the PI’s as my guide at all times for the number of sessions and days on and off PE.

Currently I have the impression that I own an industrial strength penis! I PE monday to Friday with weekends off. I have gradually built up my routines keeping a close eye on my PI. I commit to two 3/4 hour sessions (jelqing and clamping) a day and stretch whenever I can (for 10 minutes when I wake up and 10 minutes as I fall to sleep).

At the moment all my PI’s are in the green - in fact my erections are now more frequent and much stronger than before. Any red stops I get clear up within a few hours.

I take a good multivit every day along with Omega oils, condroitin and glucosamine, vit C and a Vit b complex. I work out 3-4 times a day too.

It’s like either my hand is too big, or my dick is too small, to perform slow paced jelqs.
And it just seems like my penis can’t maintain a good erection level when doing slow jelqs of about 5 seconds up until the end.
So I try to jelq as slow as I can, but mostly I hold my grip at the head for the remaining 2-3 seconds.

I would have to say that it’s about a 3, maybe a 4. So I’m supposed to do 200 jelqs? I think that I must be squeezing to tight. I will try more jelqs, less intensity and see how that goes. Also, starting out how many days should I take off for rest? I really appreciate every ones input. Thanks!
