With a length gaining routing. Length is my main priority as of now, so I just need a pure lengthening routine.

Well, you could consider hanging.

But if you want to stick to manual exercises, I would suggest increasing the stretching time, incorporating advanced stretches, and also jelqing with a lower erection level.

Also, you might want to look up on DLD blasters.

Hey what did you gain both size and experience from the Newbie routine?


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

How long did you do the newbie routine for? What level was your erection during jelqing?

Yeah, stick with the Newbie Routine until your dick is conditioned enough for the next level. IF you even have to go to the next level. You might have some untapped length and girth that you haven’t gotten out yet from the Newbie Routine. I love the stretching exercises. Stick with a nice warm up, lots of stretching and some low erection jelqing and kegels. Even when you are watching TV or surfing the net, pull it.

I think I might stick with the newbie routine for 3 months now, bit I have been on it for 6 weeks now and I really haven’t noticed any gains other than a pretty big flaccid hang every once in a while, and I know I have been very consistent. Even though I haven’t gained anything I’m still not discouraged and I still have faith.

Yeah, seems the first thing you notice are the more fuller hangs and waking up to more morning wood. If I had a shower room to show off at I would do so proudly. Definite Positive Indicators that something good is happening.

That is really the best way to go Stuntman. (Lecture coming up)

You must remember that these exercises have been honed and polished to give the best gains in the shortest time. To go outside this is not recommended, as it is only too easy to injure yourself before you are fully conditioned. (end of lecture)

Hey everyone, I started PE on May 18, 2008 and have not had any gains yet.

I started off on the newbie routine, doing everything correctly for a while until I discovered I was not gaining anything. I then switched to doing the newbie routine every day, and still no gains. I have not lost hope in PE but I feel as if I need some advice or a better routine now that my unit is conditioned. Please help me out as I want to gain as much as I can before the day comes that I get my lengthening/dermal graft surgery (Which gives me 2 years). I’m mainly looking for length as my BPEL is exactly 6”, and my EG is 4.75”. Length because it will make me feel better about myself but later I will concentrate a lot on girth for my girl :) . Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Stuntman. You’re in the average both for length and girth, so no honest Doc will perform a surgery on your unit, I bet.

As for gains, if one hasn’t gained the most probable cause is : too much intensity, too early. I suggest you a more specific attack, focusing on manual stretching for some months, then focusing on girth work after that.
Try a 3 on / 1- off, do some jelq at least 1-2 times per week whatever routine you are performing, and gains will likely come.

Maybe it’s time to go on to something else besides the newbie routine maybe an ADS would be good or take up hanging or take your manual work out up a few notches.

Stuntman, typically the newbie routine will give you some gains. As marinera stated, you may have done too much too quick. That can toughing up your unit and slow down the potential for gains. If you follow his advice and still don’t see gains, then you probably aren’t putting in enough effort. If you reach that point, I would recommend making your jelqs more intensive and increase the duration of the sessions. After a few months of that, you should see some gains. Hanging and clamping are the extremes that you may consider down the road. They work for most people, but you should exhaust all the potential from simple stretching and jelqing first.

Jelqing alone gave me a half inch in girth and helped a little in length. Clamping and hanging gave me the rest of my gains.

All the above posts are excellent ideas to what may be holding you back from gains, especially the idea that you have gotten into high intensity too early (though you will have to make that analysis).

I want to mention how important it is to be very analytical with PE, especially when it comes to PI’s (do some searches, read the website articles on this!!). You want to constantly observe how your penis behaves to certain workouts. That could be tweaking things as simple as your jelqing grip, or the length of time you hold your stretches. On the surface, its hard to imagine why these small changes could be the difference between gains or no gains, but I genuinely believe they are. I kept “listening” to my penis for PI’s and was able to figure out in short time what kind of exercises it likes for maximum plumpness. Even with this success, I am looking for new and improved ways to enhance my PE workouts.

In a month or so of semi-committed PE, I was able to figure out how to target my ligaments while also improving my flaccid girth appearance. I gained 0.5” in BPEL, no gain in girth but definitely a slight improvement in flaccid girth appearance. This all within a month. I am now working on both cementing these gains as well as searching for new ways to produce gains.

The point I’m making here in the end is that the newbie routine shouldn’t be absolutely universal in its application - tweak and modify the routine so that you can get as much positive PI out of it as possible. Think of modifying a routine as a way of improvising or experimenting.
