I been thinking a lot more about what method to start with I am a TOTAL newbie. I was querying it before but need more info to go on and want to start with a stretcher but have been told to do jelqing first and am not sure if I skip this will it cause my penis damage when starting with an extender?

I really think I want to go straight into the extenders and skip the 3 or 4 months of jelqing exercises I have been doing a lot of research and read too many accounts of it not having an effect on people and anyone who does have results seems to be extremely minimal (if any) and no where near as good as a stretcher. Someone told me its essential to do jelqing before any weights or stretchers but I really don’t see what difference it makes whatever method you start with whether its jelqing or stretchers or weights (as long as they are a sensible weight to begin with)

Seems there is a lot more promising accounts and some proof from a few studies that extenders do work if you give it time and seemingly NO proof whatsoever in studies that jelqing makes a difference. So would it REALLY be risky to start with stretching as long as I set set it sensibly?

I was considering the peni-master and see its medically approved in Germany. What do you guys think? Do many people use that here?

Its fine to start with an ADS(all day stretcher) but its not necessarily a good idea. They are expensive and time consuming. The point of jelqing and manual stretching first is to learn how your body responds as well as not spending money early on….

I used an ADS before I knew about PE and im sure I gained some from just that. Its hard to say how much though since I was 18-20 at the time and some growth could have been natural.

As someone who jumped into hanging a little early, I’d say continue worth manual stuff before using devices. I reverted back to manual tunica stretches recently and saw some good beginner gains that might be wasted with hours of using an ADS (that otherwise you would get doing manual routines in a fraction of the time).

Ok thx so far. I guess if I still went into using an ADS there would not be any risk at all would there? I mean it won’t make a difference in terms of risk or damaging the penis as long as I use it sensibly and apply sensible settings right?

The risks would be that you don’t gain as much or as fast or that you don’t understand when the ADS is causing problems because you aren’t tuned in to PE. If you are certain you want to proceed anyway, ensure that you check and potentially remove the ADS every 20 minutes to check for signs of loss of circulation, a dead dick is no fun.

Why would I not make as many gains? I don’t really get that bit.
