Start the newbie routine and then...?
Ok so Im on and off. im an idiot… I know it because i know what i want but im too stupid to keep myself working for it. im a quitter. i shit talk myself to motivate my self. it helps… sometimes. Anyway so i started the PE Newbie routine.
Ive already done 1 on sunday, i skipped yesturday(*monday) and i did pe today. I increased my Jelq by one and kegel by one.
Is that how I should be doing it? Slowly increasing; One by one for me. Give me some advice dawgss. Thanks
