Ok so Im on and off. im an idiot… I know it because i know what i want but im too stupid to keep myself working for it. im a quitter. i shit talk myself to motivate my self. it helps… sometimes. Anyway so i started the PE Newbie routine.

Ive already done 1 on sunday, i skipped yesturday(*monday) and i did pe today. I increased my Jelq by one and kegel by one.
Is that how I should be doing it? Slowly increasing; One by one for me. Give me some advice dawgss. Thanks

Firstly, read the Forum Guildlines before one of the mods gets on your case. Secondly, stop putting yourself down. With that attidude you won’t reach far in PE.

Thirdly, don’t increase every workout. Once a week at most. Increasing by 5 or so per week.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

Slowly increasing is good (though you should maybe figure out whther one stroke and one kegel will lead to the required increase in a month). Lack of consistency is bad. Carry on with the Newbie Routine for 2 months or so. Oh and aom91 gives good advice (Forum Guidelines).

I’m going to be harsh here, if you are skipping after one day I don’t hold out much hope.

Do you really want this? PE can work, but you must be dedicated to it. It is going to consume hours of your life, if you are not prepared to make the effort and want it badly then you won’t get success, you are better off spending your time on other things.

Think about what PE is. Probably spending at least 5 hours a week for the next 12 months to gain (if you are lucky) an inch. Measure out an inch, it isn’t a lot.

I want it. I’ll give up my time to get it, I’m focused to get it. I’m prepared to spend hours reading and PEing to get it and if it takes 5 hours a day 7 days a week over years to get there, I will.

PE is a committment, I think you can do it fourtyone, but it is down to you now.

Oh no I did on Saturday, Sunday I was very busy. Monday and yesterday I did it, I could not remember what day it was that I skipped, but now I remember; it was Sunday.

Dude, read my post called “Damn this stuff really works”. Last night my wife and I had (oral) sex for the first time since I started. She noticed a difference, and I did, too. Two weeks ago her lips could make it all the way down to my belly, now they don’t. I’m fucking motivated, and I’m worried that I’m going to over-do it. It works, it fucking works. And it’s simple, all you have to do is pull on your pecker. Just don’t lose your motivation.
