Start of PE Journey well somewhat
I started doing PE when I was really young, not really having much knowledge. I never really followed a routine or consistency longer than a month. However, in that one month of consistency I made gains, but I fell of the wagon. I’m now 24 and I plan on becoming serious about my routine again. I’m currently 6.3 BPEL and 5 inch erect girth. My goal is to grow to 7.5 BPEL and 6 inch erect girth.
I think my unit has been trained enough over to years to take on exercises that are more so for the intermediate as opposed to the newbies. I’m thinking about clamping to go along with my routine of jelqing, manual stretches and kegels.
Any words of advice for me as I embark on my goal to make the process easier and efficient?
