I’m starting up this to give it a try. I have some experience, just never able to consistently stick with it. I know that it works though, because I had gains before.

Don’t worry about the time, just try to feel what is happening as you jelq. You want to feel a ‘wave’ of blood being pushed up your penis, i.e. some expansion happening in front of your hand. Getting the feel right is far more important than the actual time taken for the stroke. Try to get the right feel suing as little grip force as you can to start with.

Found the forum a while ago can’t remember what exactly I was searching for. Anyway always had insecurities and meet all parameters of being average, 5ft 8” size 9 feet average looks.

Hi guys been following the newbie routine since 5th jan on a 1 on 2-3 off routine no gains to report yet but I have some concerns.

Me and the wife usually have very high sex drives but due to bouts of sickness, periods, work ect we hit a slump around beginning of dec the sex has declined dramatically. My drive was still fairly high when I started the newbie routine and I always got random wood thought about sex alot porn ect ect.

Now I’m not thinking about it at all when I do think about it there is no big reaction downstairs I can still get hard for my Mrs and I’m lasting longer but the desires gone I don’t think I’m over doing it but do you think this is being caused by PE?

If you are not over doing it, PE should not have any effect on your ability to get an erection. Many people find it helps a lot!

It certainly should not affect your libido at all. If you think it may be causing you a problem, just stop and see it your drive goes back up.

So.how fast are the typical gains? For say, one inch in length or girth? On average, as I imagine it is a different rate for everybody

ALSO, I’ve just watched the wet jelq video. Should the penis definately be that hard? My penis goes from semi to absolutely rockhard, the semi generally points down for me.

Hey, I’m new!

I’ve recently started newbie routine, but I have 2 issues:

1. Sometimes, when I stretch, I can’t get a grip on my penis. It just slides out of my hand, no matter what grip I use. This doesn’t always happen, but when it does, it doesn’t let do the exercise correctly.
2. Sometimes, when I stretch, my penis easily gets erect (I’m 20) and I can’t continue stretching. This isn’t much of an issue if I get to stretch at least 5 minutes or so (I just move to jelqing). Any ideas what can I do about it?

1. Use a square of toilet paper or tissue paper for grip.
2. Your penis will get used to it - at the moment it thinks you are going to masturbate when you grip it, because that is the main reason you have gripped it in the past. It will learn that it’s going to be a stretching, not a wanking session and will learn not to get erect. For now, if you need to, masturbate to ejaculation before stretching.
