My hesitant objection, since I’m a newbie myself: I believe it would be advisable to apply heat during both sessions. The newbie routine involves application of heat before stretches, but then not before the jelq. It seems to me that the reason for this is that the tissue is already relaxed from the first application of heat, and is therefore pliable for the jelqing. If you want to do two sessions during the day, you might want to apply heat at the start of your second session so you still realize the benefits associated with heat.

Am I off-base here?

You are correct tuffnut.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Hey all!

Still new to PE.
So far I’m on and off the newbie routine and I’ve recently lightly incorporated DLD stretching into my routine to help my length gains

But I have a problem which I can’t seem to find a NEWBIE solution to..

My baseball effect is becoming more and more noticeable.
When I’m erect its not very obvious but you can still see a gradual increase in girth starting from the shaft base
BUT when I’m flaccid, it can sometimes be very obvious. But its NOT so much a gradual increase. When I’m flaccid, sometimes starting halfway up my penis, there is a sudden change in girth.

The top half of my penis will feel more like an oval shaped ball (like an inflatable balloon that can fit way more blood than my lower shaft.
While the bottom half is like a normal penis.. With a typical cylinder shape.

The only solution I could seem to find to the baseball effect is hanging and hanging is listed as an advanced PE exercise.
I’m simply worried about continuing newbie PE routine in fear of turning my penis into some odd shape and requiring a LONG time of advanced techniques to fix it.

Are there any newbie exercises I can do ALONG with my current newbie routine / DLD stretches to help prevent this effect?

Mine is filling up in areas where it used to taper so I would not worry too much about any unevenness. Face it brother you’re dick is gonna change as it grows, but as long as you always train giving both hands equal use you’ll be fine.

I mean I’m simply afraid that I’m doing something wrong.. I could understand if its a part of the growing process but since theres no one to critique my routine, I can’t tell if its because I’m doing something wrong of if its all apart of the process

And I wouldn’t mind if it was a small difference but like I mentioned in my previous post, my mid shaft girth is about 4.5” whereas my base shaft girth is like 4.0”.
Thats nearly a HALF inch difference in girth!! If I’m erect, visually its not too noticeable but if I have my penis in my hand, its definitely noticeable.

Ultimately, since I don’t know how long it will take to achieve my length goals, I feel uneasy about leaving my base girth the way it is now

I think you’ll find it will even out with time. The mid shaft is often the first to grow.

I also have a bigger midshaft girth, there are exercises to target this area, but they’re too advanced for now.

Your level of erection will come into play when you jelq, try to have a decent one (not too much either) and play with the intensity (grip, go slo, dig very deep in the fat pad) as you jelq along.

It’s not such a problem though, I don’t think women would mind.

Yea man chicks only want something hard in them. Much like we enjoy being in their warm slick pussy.

I haven’t been doing PE for very long (1 month on and off) and so my gains arent very noticable. My flaccid length has improved a bit though and MAYBE my girth but ever so slightly.

All in all, I don’t FEEL like I’m doing anything wrong. I am simply looking to balance the girth throughout my penis

I would say you just monitor the emasurements at different points of your dick. Overall the more intense exercises are needed to target specific parts.
But you can do stuff with the proportions in the back of the head already.
Jelqing more intense where you want more gain. Stretching the focus on where you want more gain. For example if you stretch and grip the penis right below where you want to gain and then pull the force is more focused onto where the hold is. Its sort of a fulcrum.

But more important should be to first find a intensity where you gain at all. With hanging and fulcrums, erect bends, you will be able to target specific places on your dick but that is only adviced after you conditioned your dick pretty well and have maxed out “newbie” gains.

Is it possible to make the sensitive area just below the glans longer? I have a tear on the left underside, from an extender. Is it just to be patient with gentle stretching?

A tear? I think we’d need a pic, Dude.

If you have an injury just take a little time off PE for it to heal. It’ll heal much faster if you are not constantly pulling on the tissue that’s trying to heal.
