I everybody,I’ve been doing PE for 12 weeks working gradually harder and longer.I feel good and my EQ are Ok.I’ve already gained 1/2 inch lenth and 1/5 inch girth in erection.Today I started clamping.3 sets of 10 minutes(with wet jelq in the minutes off) 20 minutes of streatching at the biginning.At the end of the work I made 100 wet jelq very slowly.I’m quite satisfied but I want more without any injury.Work in progress.

Take it easy. I would cut down a little bit on your routine if I were you. And every week add to it. The last thing you want is to hurt yourself and cause yourself to lose 12 weeks. Just listen to your PI’s.

First of all thanks for your answer,second what do you mean by”cut down” a little in my routine?I wrote that GRADUALLY during the 12 weeks I worked harder end longer, that means every week a little more streatching, jelqling, very few uli3 so that,after 4 weeks the streatching was 12 minutes,10/15uli,some dry jelq with 85% erection in addiction to the wet I usually do, end so on..

I feel good,Do you think 3 times per week clamping is too early for me?

Clamping just puts a lot of stress on your unit. The most important thing to do is listen to your own body. You will find out quickly if you’re over doing it. Good luck!

HI,probably we misunderstand each other.What I meant is not that I’m on the right way and,of course,I don’t want to realize soon to don’t feel good.So I’m interested in any suggestion even if now I’m Ok.

All the vets will tell you not to clamp for at least 6 months.

I started after 6 weeks as well, but I only did 2 sets of 4 minutes and not at maximum clamp force, and gradually have built up to 3 sets of 8 minutes, GRADUALLY. For clamping, I do 1 day on 2 days off and this seems more than enough at the moment. Please be careful!

Not very smart to stop a routine that is working in favor of one that may or may not work and has a much higher chance of causing an injury.

I know its tempting to try and “speed up” your results by adding exercises, time, intensity, whatever, but you are really just slowing yourself down.

Be very careful with clamping. I myself tried it twice. Both times my EQ suffered. My penis was not the same and sex was not as good. Fewer erections. No morning wood. You name it. Had to stop and got back to normal. But just be really, really careful.


Start: 6.6bp x 4.875eg, 2006: 7.2bp x 5.00eg (5.5 base), 2009: 7.6bp x 5.25eg (6.0 base)

Thanks everybody;for the true I’ve only started an exstreme uli(sort of clamping I don’t have cable clamp yet) I’m very interested in all the answers receved and I’ll be very careful with this work..
