What exercise do you guys do to increase stamina? I mean just because you have a big dick, doesn’t mean you know how to use it right?

I’d say kegels are your best bet, as they can prolong your ejectulation!

Either that or desensitise you knob hehe.

Here’s one method that I used when I was a teenager and can be done on your own. All you need is yourself, a stopwatch, and music of your choice.

Step 1: Decide how long you want to go for. Remember to start off small and gradually increase the time eg: 5-10 mins all the way through to 30-60min.Turn on music, start stopwatch, and start jerkin’

Step 2: If you feel the need to come slow down the motion and or stop and start focusing on the music and sing along if you want. Once you feel alright continue.

Step 3: Do this however many times it takes until you have finished whatever time you set yourself.

After a couple of weeks of doing this daily you should notice that your staying time will go up. This isn’t a “do all and end all” method but coupled with kegels you should see positive results. I still do this with porn instead of music and really focus on the babe to take my mind off how I feel and think how she feels. Using porn is more advanced ( and fun ) but stick with what I said above until you have gained the amount of control that you want/need.

Knochenbrecher’s method is good, it sounds like a more disciplined formed of edging. Do a search on edging, Easyslider01, you will find some useful material.

The problem with this method is that in order to keep the erection, you will gradually increase the stimulation (aka “death grip” masturbation). This can lead to ED, because during intercourse you will not be as stimulated as by your hands — especially if your girl is not so tight — and you can loose hardness. There are a few suggestion to avoid this:

  • try edging without too much pressure on your glans and sensitive areas.
  • try edging without touching your trigger points (mostly glans and around it). Use strong mental focus and stimulate yourself indirectly (balooning).
  • masturbate with a regular Fleshlight (sex toy for men).
OTOH, if you have premature ejaculation problems, desensitizing a bit your penis can be a good thing.
