I have done PE for a bit now and had good results, but that is not what I want share with you guys now.

I want ask you guys a simple question, maybe is just me but I believe that stamina is most important in sex. Normally when I have sex very hard and fast is when girls start to scream but I can not do that for very long, I can only do it at maximum for 15 seconds maximum and then I’m dead.

Do you have more stamina? Can you have very hard very strong sex at peak performance for a long time?

I want know this because I feel that if I don’t have very good stamina, to fuck very hard for long, then I will never be the best lover of the women I am with. And I think that is more important than penis size ( unless it is a huge penis).

I have always been blessed and cursed by incredible stamina. I say blessed because the women I have been with have always been extremely pleased by it at first. After a few weeks several of them have turned and started crying and yelling at me that I couldn’t possibley be attracted to them if I didn’t orgasm during vaginal sex. I always calmed them down by pointing out how could I be hard that long and not be attracted to them. This took awhile to do and caused me major headaches. A last, a very few women would go to a third stage after a few more weeks and pretty much tell me what in the hell is wrong with you (meaning me). I always told women I wouldn’t orgasm through vaginal intercourse but quite a few thought I was just playing with them. The good women always stayed in the first stage where they enjoyed that stamina but as I described others got psycho about it. So watch what you wish for anything that seems really great can still bite you in the ass.

Every time I search about stamina in sex I only get results about not having an orgasm but what I mean is gas, the ability to not be tired, to fuck hard and long without passing out from exhaustion you know?

IT is very frustrating to be having sex, going faster, faster, then hearing a woman say “Harder, harder, yes” but I’m already passing out from tiredness.

Ah, I see the energy part of it. I can’t really shed light on that part except maybe very good cardio. I was a competitive swimmer since I was five years old through college and then a professional cyclist after that so I could go at about any physical activity for hours on end. That’s my only guess about the energy part but I will also add that when I had marathon sex sessions it wasn’t just about thrusting for hours. It involved a lot of that but there were rest breaks to increase intimacy in other ways. Kind of a pacing or interval workout if you will.

Stamina is definitely related to cardiovascular conditioning. My suggestions to you would be to a) start doing some cardio exercise and b) learn how to cheat — by that i mean there are positions that you can seem like you are pounding away without expending much effort.

On such position is where you put her on the edge of the bed legs up and you stand on the floor. It allows you to use some of your bigger muscle groups more efficiently so its less tiring. Plus if you use one hand to stimulate her clit she will hardly notice anything anyways.

On a final note, the physical act of ejaculation and cardiovascular endurance are related. To make a longer story short, reproduction requires you to ejaculate and if your brain thinks you are wearing down it will make sure you ejaculate prior to exhaustion in order to serve the purpose of reproduction.

So if you do get in better cardio shape you will be able to go longer as well — provided your sensitivity is relatively normal as well.

Yeah, I agree and I’m not complaining about it but after doing a ton of research I figured out I was pretty poorly circumsized. I would way rather be this way than be a minute man but when you really think about it women can get pretty bent out of shape by things like this. Sorry to the women on this forum but it just has been my experience. Also I pretty much had to drop the idea of children unless it was through a ton of money and a test tube. My point was just that everything in life seems to have costs you may not expect. All in all I am happy with my stamina even if it was at a price and I wouldn’t trade it away for the headaches it has caused at times. Hell, it even got me laid a few times through word of mouth in college. Perfection would be orgasm when you desire to orgasm. I have researched that and have never been able to achieve it. As for developing stamina I think you will achieve it through some improved cardio.

With reference to the stamina you are talking about as those before as have spoken cardio has done me well.

I find that the form cardio which best simulates the level of energy expended during those off and on high pounding sessions is High Intensity Internal Training.
However I vary things and it is not as if I can give an algorithm because it is more about the feeling and the level of intimacy and immersion we are experiencing.

Feder, I am going to ask you to please expand on this so that I can better understand, I see the logic of your reasoning but do not necessarily agree with your
conclusion.

Totally agree, you have to do cardio. Do something higher intensity, like moderate to high intensity with a day or two of HIIT mixed in a week. The position Freder23 mentioned at the edge of the bed is great too. :)

Also - do you smoke? That will really kill your lung capacity, in turn your cardio shape as you won’t be able to get as much oxygen as your need for a good cardio workout (and the sex you describe requires good cardio conditioning).
