This might be a little long winded so I’m going to do my best to only mention things that are relevant. After 8 months of unsuccessful PE I took a break and picked up a new routine, one firegoat made for someone else. The details of the workout is irrelevant, but in the description he mentioned using toilet paper for a better grip while stretching. This sounded perfect because I usually have to reset my grip. After a week of the routine my glans were really chaffed and they would sensitive for a little while after so I’d apply lotion after my workouts.
Now to the part I’d like you guy’s opinion on. I’ve never had stamina issues in my life, but I recently slept with two different women and came around the 3 minute mark with both of them. Is it possible that the tissue I use for better grip has caused my glans to become more sensitive and made me not last as long. I’ve managed to get a few FWB’s off my reputation in the bedroom and I’m sure stamina is a big part of it so I got to fix this.
Have you guy’s ever experienced this? Having no issues at all when it comes to stamina and all of a sudden you can’t last five minutes if you wanted to.
