This might be a little long winded so I’m going to do my best to only mention things that are relevant. After 8 months of unsuccessful PE I took a break and picked up a new routine, one firegoat made for someone else. The details of the workout is irrelevant, but in the description he mentioned using toilet paper for a better grip while stretching. This sounded perfect because I usually have to reset my grip. After a week of the routine my glans were really chaffed and they would sensitive for a little while after so I’d apply lotion after my workouts.

Now to the part I’d like you guy’s opinion on. I’ve never had stamina issues in my life, but I recently slept with two different women and came around the 3 minute mark with both of them. Is it possible that the tissue I use for better grip has caused my glans to become more sensitive and made me not last as long. I’ve managed to get a few FWB’s off my reputation in the bedroom and I’m sure stamina is a big part of it so I got to fix this.

Have you guy’s ever experienced this? Having no issues at all when it comes to stamina and all of a sudden you can’t last five minutes if you wanted to.

Friends with benefits, my bad forgot not to use acronyms like that here. Only one of the girls was new I have been with the other before. I didn’t really feel all the excited with her though. To be honest she was a bit cold. I think I’m just going to use my bare hand when stretching for about a week or so and see if I have this issue again. If I don’t I’m going to assume the tissue caused it and I’m just going to have to tough it out and keep having to reset my grip using my bare hand.

More likely the lotion making your glans more sensitive if it is softening the skin.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I didn’t really apply the lotion until I’ve been doing the workout for a couple of weeks, but I think I figured it out. I was also doing towel raises on my workout days. I would do 5 sets of 20 for a total of 100 and the do 4 sets of 30 second holds for a total of 2 minutes. My erections were like steel, but I did absolutely no reverse kegels. It’s been about a week now since and I use baby powder and my bare hand for grip and did a reverse kegel only routine for a week. Now I don’t do any at all in hoping the muscle will just lose the strength it gained over the couple of weeks. Then I’ll probably do a k/rk routine to balance, but that’s if I even bother I’m a little scared to do kegels now.didn’t like the way finishing too early made me feel.

I noticed with the slightest girth gains I didn’t last as long as pre-PE. Edging helps with this.

Yeah I started edging again. At least 3 times a week. Since I’ve never had PE before I hope it will just sort itself out.

Anything that helps prevent slippage when stretching is good but if you slip, it has the potential to cause harm. I’ve always preferred t-shirt material to toilet paper. Toilet paper has the advantage that it’s disposable but a strip of t-shirt has the advantage that you can wrap it around in such a way as to solidify the area you are gripping.

I guess one question you have to ask is how much you slip when you stretch.

I’m not sure the fast expulsion is related.
