I have been PEing for 20 months now and made most of my gains in the first 14 months. I have made no progress in girth for the last 5 months and no progress in length in the past 2 months. I have read that taking a 3 week break from PE will get things going again.

Did I wait long enough to say, I have stalled?

I would like to hear suggestions on what I can do to start gaining again.

I have a Penimaster which I have stopped using the past 2 months due to the cold weather. I also have a pump although, I do not use it regularly.

If I take a break, should I stop all PE or just the jelqing? Should I just use the PM for awhile or the pump?

How long should my break be?

I think you have said it all yourself. You have not made gains in the last two months, and have stopped using the penimaster in the last two months. Also you don’t use the pump regularly.

Things don’t happen unless you do things regularly, So the answer is to get using them again.

There is possibly a short term limit limit in the gains you will make just jelqing, so an alternative like the Pmaster and/or pump should get things going.

Your right, but the thing is that I have only been using the PM since June and the pump since November. I made most of my gains before I owned the PM or pump. One inch compared to 3/8”.

I pump once or twice a week. Adding pumping to my regular routine, has been a challenge. I really like the pump but, I only have so much free time.

Maybe I’ll stick with my jelqing routing and start using the PM again in March. If gains don’t return after that, maybe I’ll take a 3 week break to let my penis rest. Although, summer gives me the most time to PE. Hmmm.
