Squeezes

Can you guys describe how you do squeezes? It seems like their are different ways of doing them and I think it would be useful to have a thread where all the different ways/techniques are described!

Thanks Iamura, but I’m not referring to jelq squeezes, just regular squeezes. I still can’t find much on them, so hopefully some of you guys will post about how you do them!
