Squeezes Vs. Clamping

Hello guys- been at this off and on for a bit and really started taking it seriously a few months ago. I’m not noticing any huge gains yet, but have been following a squeezing program fairly religiously. Wondering if guys generally saw better gains with clamped squeezes vs just manual squeezes. I’m about 6.5 BPEL and 5.25 girth right now but really want to up those numbers to 7.5 x 6 or more. Thanks in advance for your advice.

All of my gains came from manual exercises. I wish I had the time and privacy to go back to pure manual routines. If you’re still relatively new to PE, the squeezes are probably helping with your conditioning.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

I don’t know which of the 2 can give more permanent results, what I tend to believe is that you can apply more force with your hand than with a clamp.

I attribute a lot of my begging girth to squeezes. I did them as a teen not really thinking about growing. I did it because it was cool and felt good to see how full I could make my penis.

You can apply more with your hand but the lengthy sustained pressure you need you can only get from the clamp. Unless you have a really strong grip and can lock it in consistently for more than7-10 minutes at a time, go with a clamp.

My Progress Thread/Log

I’m just a beginner to these more advanced exercises. The squeezes feel really productive, since I squeeze with several fingers it really increases pressure on the head. Then as the pressure fades I can slide down slowly so maintain/increase the pressure. Each squeeze lasts 1-2 minutes and I kegel in fresh blood as my grip reaches the head, and then I grab a new squeeze with the other hand. It’s only been 3 weeks since I’ve been doing these seriously but if they don’t produce results, I reckon nothing ever will.

I have a silicone sleeve and a couple of clamps too, and there’s no way I can get that kind of pressure. Maybe I’m not doing it right or I can’t kegel as strong as some of you guys. As I tighten the clamp I get to a point where I can’t kegel in any more blood, and the pressure is nowhere near what it is with a good squeeze. Guess my clamping skills aren’t the best.

How long did it take you guys to see results with this? I have been performing squeezes in 5 second reps- for 20-30, and then followings up with 100 wet jelqs.
