Squeezes Vs. Clamping
Hello guys- been at this off and on for a bit and really started taking it seriously a few months ago. I’m not noticing any huge gains yet, but have been following a squeezing program fairly religiously. Wondering if guys generally saw better gains with clamped squeezes vs just manual squeezes. I’m about 6.5 BPEL and 5.25 girth right now but really want to up those numbers to 7.5 x 6 or more. Thanks in advance for your advice.
