Maybe I am lazy or feel I just don’t have the time.. But reading some of the more experienced routines that members use(stretching, jelqing etc) it seems it is a lot of work and time invested.. I also have roommates so being alone to do the stretching and jelqing is difficult.. Is it possible to see gains doing “squeezes” only? Or is it essential to incorporate stretching and jelqing as part of a PE routine? Thanks!

The newbie routine takes some 15 - 20 minutes. You are probably lazy, and you probably do have time, but don’t feel like investing it in dedicated exercises to enlarge your dick.

First of all, as a newbie, you have no business doing squeezes. They are an intense exercise, and without being conditioned enough, risk of injury is high. Second, if you are not ready to be dedicated to this, them you probably won’t see any gains.

You mean squeezes as a jelq squeeze in which you clamp the base and jelq up the shaft? excuse me but those are NOT for newbies, be careful friend.

If you have the privacy for squeezes … then you certainly will be able to do dry jelquing.

Yes it takes dedication and consistancy … but it isn’t like getting a second degree. I feel certain that you can cave out 20 - 30 minutes a day if your really interested

I was referring to pelvic squeezes where you would squeeze your penis without hands.. And hold it like you would when you are holding a piss.. Squeeze for 30 seconds let go and repeat but I am getting the impression that would not be sufficient enough and would be a waste of time

Oh, I think you are refering to kegels… Kegels alone won’t give you gains, they are a complement to the other exercises.

Yes, these pelvic squeezes you speak of are called kegels. They will not give you gains, but they improve erection quality.

Get a heating pad, use that as a warmup, and do it in your bed.
