Squeezes only
Maybe I am lazy or feel I just don’t have the time.. But reading some of the more experienced routines that members use(stretching, jelqing etc) it seems it is a lot of work and time invested.. I also have roommates so being alone to do the stretching and jelqing is difficult.. Is it possible to see gains doing “squeezes” only? Or is it essential to incorporate stretching and jelqing as part of a PE routine? Thanks!
