Squeamish During Stretches

I don’t think I’m applying enough force in my stretches, but I’m already getting some skin discomfort with what I’m doing. I’m in day three, and I have no ligament soreness. I do feel some slight tissue soreness in the shaft, but nothing from the ligs. How hard can/should I pull for stretches? Also, did I read correctly in one of the posts that I should hold a kegel while stretching?

I hope this does not require too much repetition. If there is a link with this info, please provide.

Take a look at the tutorial section and click on stretches. You will find detailed descriptions, videos, etc. With all of three days in this stuff will feel weird, don’t worry about it. The most important thing at this point is just getting used to the exercises and conditioning your unit. Don’t break your penis, you can apply more stress when you you have more experience.

Thanks. I have looked at many of the tutorials. I’m still a bit unsure about the amount of pressure to apply, but since it’s probably different for each person, I’m assuming there will be a lot of trial and hopefully benign error.
