Spreading the routine

I found it difficult to dedicate a full continuous hour a day to the excercises..

I wondered whether dividing the routine to :

Morning (warm-up+stretching)
Evening (jelqs+keggels)

Keeps it usefull and productive ?

Isn’t the period between the stretches and jelqs too long ?

I really don’t want to “try” something that could be a complete waste of time.

Well at anyrate you can do kegels all the time!

As long as the excersizes remain at a constant and slowly build up in time and intensity, I don’t think that splitting the excersizes up will have a negative effect on your goals. As someone else has suggested, doing Kegels during the day while you are out helps keep the blood flowing while not Jelqing or Stretching.

Have you considered ADS? It seems to have worked quite well for many of our users, even ones with a busy lifestyle. I personally don’t partake in it, but it just may be what you’re looking for. Of course, you should be well into a PE routine before you begin ADS.

Remember to vary the hardness and length of your kegels throughout the day. I think that is quite important towards developing the muscle.

I also split my routine up as I find it much to difficult and time-consuming to do it all in one shot. I jelq in the morning because erections come alot easier then.

I do manual stretching in the morning and before going to bed, jelqing either in the afternoon or just before going to bed if I don’t do stretching. And I’ve gained.
