I am going to try this on my penis in a few minutes. I am going to split my workout, I feel as though I can handle splitting my sessions throughout the day. 2 sessions splitting the newbie routine into 2 10minute jelq sessions. One for intensity higher erection levels, the other for lower erection levels.

I remember seeing BIB’s recorded routine incorporate something along the lines of jelqing multiple times through out the day. And I want to try it. Somebody wanna throw me an idea?
