I’ve been concentrating on length during my workouts. I noticed little red dots on the head of my penis. No where else. They seem to go away in a day or two. Am I pulling too hard or is my grip wrong?

Odds are you’re pulling too hard. Those dots are from your penis being over worked or worked too intensly. I would give it a couple days rest until all dots and swelling are gone. Then go ahead and start back up but not at the same intensity level. Start off a decent amount less and work your way up.


You got it, I just noticed it for the first time this week after 1 month of stretching. My off day is today all but 2 little dots are already gone just from over nights sleep

Yea, they tend to go away fairly quickly, at least in my experience. I’d give it 24 hours after you see the last one dissapear before you go again.

This is the same thing I was wondering. Looks like I’ll have to pull softer. Guess that’ll help prevent my hands from cramping too. :)
