Spots on Penis

Hi, I’ve been stretching (and only stretching) for two days now and some dark spots have shown up on my shaft. I disregarded it the first day because they we’re small and relatively unnoticeable but my second day of stretching they became more noticeable and some more showed up. Does anyone know what this could be?

You got this by only stretching? You must be overdoing it. Those are likely to be burst capillaries. Take a day off. It’s probably nothing major.
