I have been lurking in this forum for about 2 months now. I really want to start with the beginners routine. However, I Jog at least 4 times per week and would always
Wear a sport’s underwear or a jockstrap or spandex(whatever you call it) , and it is a bit tight. Just like to ask if it would hinder my gains?
P.S. I jog only a maximum of 40 minutes.
