Hi,
I having a strange issue. I’ve only been PEing for about a week (newbie routine, pretty gently.. About 5-10 30 sec stretches and 20-30 light to moderate jelqs), and while I can still get erections and morning wood, they are much.. Softer and spongier, even if they “feel” hard. Like, my morning wood used to feel rock-hard to the touch, but now even if my dick “feels” rock-hard, to my hand it’s still rather squishy and spongy (it does feel softer/more supple too, but still doesn’t seem like a positive thing. Stretchier?). It was a pretty immediate change after a couple sessions of stretching and jelqing. Which is nice that my semis hang better, but also this issue seems not great.

What do you think? Cause for concern?

Thank you for the reply. I have read that through many times. It’s not that my erections “feel” weak or bad (through my dick that is), but even the strong-feeling ones are still rather squishy to the actual touch. Like the consistency/proportion/elasticity of the tissue itself is different. I know that sounds weird; I don’t know how else to describe it.

I suppose either way I’ll take a couple weeks off and see what happens. I’ve just read anecdotes on here of this particular issue not reverting to the way it was even after over a month of complete rest, and I am a little worried.

Am I over-moisturizing? That sounds unlikely but I have been using lotion and coconut oil pretty much every day.

Regarding the topic, I don’t seem to get any morning wood and haven’t done for a while (It seems rare). I can’t ‘force’ an erection through BC muscles, either.

Has it always been that way for you? Or what do you think started that?

I’m not sure — I might have. Tricky since I can’t remember if and when I had frequent morning wood, maybe before 2011?

When i first started PE, my erections weren’t as hard as before too. It takes a while for your unit to get used to the exercises. Just watch your PI’s to ensure you don’t overtrain it. Eventually, your erections should be better than before. For me, during the first 3 months of PE my erections weren’t as consistently hard as I remembered. I’m 5.5 months in and they feel stronger than before.
