Spongy lump on shaft

After yesterday’s session, today I noticed a spongy type lump on the right side of my shaft and a purple blemish. Is this something to be concerned about? I’ve been doing the newbie routine for over a month now and this is the first time I’ve noticed this. It doesn’t cause discomfort to press on, but the outer skin is a bit raw feeling.

Is it a blister?

Thanks Merc10. I have had blemishes before, just not the lump.

Damnwork it’s not a blister. Just a puffy area about the size of a quarter. I did fail to mention that during sex last night I did use a rubber type cock ring with the ball bearings inside it. I tend to wonder if it wasn’t the PE session that caused it but maybe the ring. I guess I’ll take the night off from any “use” and see what it looks like tomorrow.
