Hi Thundersplace,

I have been into PE since mid April 2008. Started as newbie then , but due to lack of reading thunders post I went into over PE within 3 weeks since my flaccid sucked also EQ plunged to all time low. So I abandoned my then Newbie routine(Too Heavy—-25 min Jelq, 20 min stretching ).

Then Started Hanging with Homemade Bib for 7-8 weeks (5 on 2 off, 4x25 min, 2- 5 lbs).Later the noose thing made my penis head getting discloured due to lack of circulation - that complete week I hanged at about 9 pounds , I immediately discontinued hanging. Al tough I made 1 cm gain Later lost most of it.

Now after 3 weeks decon break restarted newbie routine(warm up 5 min,10 min Jelq, 10 min stretching, 5 main warm down— 2 on 1 off ) again — This was my first week after decon break.

As for now my erection are hard EQ(9)also going fine, morning and night woods also hard.
But the problem is that I am still not getting hard penis head (Gland) as I used To get earlier. Although the shaft area is hard if I masturbate the penis head is spongy and gets easily be twisted in any direction. I have never experienced this before.

Can someone diagnose me as went wrong whether hanging with noose or it’s just regular PE kind of injury(But I feel head should be hard as is my shaft)?? Is there’s something like permanent damage to veins??

Well you have certaily done some damage to your penis and I would suggest you lay of completely for a motn at least

Hanging as you did with a noose is really asking for trouble. But I am not a ‘hanging expert’ so I’ll leave it to others to try and sort out your problem.

But for now. Lay off.

Do you feel any numbness, seek9?

seek9, 25 minutes in a noose is a long time with any amount of weight. Does you glans firm up just before you ejaculate? If so, you will be alright. If not and it doesn’t improve in a few days or so, you need to see you doctor. I am no expert, but I have hung for over a couple of years and have learned good bit. Next time stick to the newbie routine, it works.

I have read about several cases on glans numbing where a newbie has over done it with a hanger and ADS. Fortunately they recover, but it is a slow process. So you probably have nothing to worry about. Here is one example:

If I were you, once you recover I would stick with a LIGHT manual routine for at least 3 months. No devices until you have enough knowledge about your penis.

I think you should take more time of just warming it up. With water, for a while, I would say would be the best way. Then Jelq more softly than usual.


Started (June): 5" BPEL and 5" EG

Now (August): 6" BPEL and 5.2" EG

Goal (November): 7" BPEL and 6" EG

Vit E cream and arnica - problem solved

Ya I have discontinued hanging. Took a decon break 3 weeks and shall add few more days to it, until I recover fully.

Some numbness is definitely present but I feel it shall be subsiding within next week or so if I continue with Vit E cream and Arnica. If numbness prevails I shall see a doctor- that shall be real embarrassing!!

Ya 25 minutes with a noose is definitely asking for danger ,this lesson I shall remember as long as PE. So Hanging for now sticking to my newbie routine after 1 week or so.
Just after my running into injury my glans during erection gave me a soft rubbery feeling , is was easily moved in various directions on top of shaft. I did masturbate today glans were much firmer(80%-90%), but I felt that dorsal nerve underneath the shaft have become extra sensitive. If I masturbate and if I stroke in this area I ejaculate in less than a minute due to oversensitivity in dorsal nerve area.

What do you guys have to say —— Should the dorsal nerve area be kept away from pressure during any PE(Hanging/ Jelqing/ Clamping) activity??

Thanks for the link Sta-Kool, as mentioned in the above thread I applied Vit-E cream and arnica past 2 days . It worked 75-80% sensation is already back. Ya I think the injury was not severe that’s why healed fast .Thanks for correction , I may have misspelled.

Warmup and warm down are essential and I generally never miss them, I believe the noose to the real culprit for my injury. As for now I have recovered from that injury.Moreover it may also have exaggerated because of anxiety, as I had no one to share such thing except us (Thunderers). But some replies from all you guys made come out of anxiety and injured feeling gone.

Share some experience as I feel it’s quiet sensitive area for me . The more PE in the area the more sensitive it becomes leading to somewhat Premature Ejaculation kind of thing.
