Splitting the Newbie Routine Into Two Separate Routines
Hey, I’ve just started PEing and I need to be rather covert about it. I’m living in a dorm at college right now and the only place I can PE is in the shower. However, I also can’t really take a long ass shower and do the whole routine all at once. Is it ok to split it up into two separate routines, like doing stretching in the morning, and then taking another shower at night and jelqing? Does doing the stretching and jelqing right next to each other have a synergistic effect on gains or does it not matter so long as it’s done in the same day?
