Split up routines or everything at the same time

Some days, I have a lot more time for exercising than other days. Such days, I usually do everything in the exercise at the same time as this:
- Warm up with hot wraps.
- Stretching for 5-7 minutes
- Sadsak Slinky for 5 minutes
- Jelqing for another 15 minutes
- Another set of Sadsak Slinky for 3-4 minutes
- Clamping 3 x 10 minutes with approximately 2-3 minutes space between the sets.
- Sadsak Slinky at the same time as clamped in the last set.
- Hot wraps again.

I mean, this is a pretty heavy set and perhaps one gain better if splitting it up in two different sets on a day or perhaps two days?

So guys, what is your experience?

Not sure what a sadslak slinky is. But it would be better if you show what gains you have made using this routine. Then we can asses how it compares with other routines and whether you are overdoing it. or not

I made the first gain with the newbie routine from 15 to 16.5 cm length and 12 to 13 in girth. Took me about 8 months. I have used the routine above in about 4 weeks only and gained another 0.5 cm in length and girth. The problem I feel I have is that I can only do this full routine 2 times a week while a mixed set of the exercises in a 15-20 set another 2-3 days.

I can’t coment on the routine as I don’t know much about it and might start damage .

But if your routine is working and you have no ill effects then contimue with that until you cease getting gains.Then is the time to change.

Ie If it ain’t broke - Don’t fix it.

It is working and I do not seem to easily get ill effects. I have gotten red spots a couple of times from jelqing to hard.

From what I read, this seems to differ a lot between individuals where some easily hurt themselves while I seem to be able to work pretty hard in the exercises without any problems.

I jelq one day and stretch the next. If I stretch before I jelq it decreases the blood flow and stymies my workout. Likewise, if I Jelq before I stretch it hinders how stretched out my unit feels at the end of the exercise.
