Split Session Vs Marathon Hanging

I was thinking split sessions would be more effective and that’s how I’m hanging approx 1hr in the AM and 1hr in the PM. Problem is it’s kinda disruptive having to plan around it, so I’m thinking of going with a marathon 2hr hangtime during the hours before bedtime. With vacuum hanging I can pretty much squeeze that in with 2.25hrs.

You guys think it will be just as effective?

I’ve kind of taken the same mindset as you in terms of hanging. My thoughts were that if I can split 12 minute sessions throughout the day for a total of about 1.5 hours of "heavy"(still only at 4.5 lbs) and then maybe cement the strain/elongation experienced earlier in the day with a longer light hang of 2.5 lbs for about an hour at night with my vacuum ADS it would be efficient. So far I’ve been extremely impressed with my results. I think though if you had some anti-turtling device, maybe the marathon session would still be effective? My whole mantra has been to just try to have it heal in an extended position.
