I been doing the newberoutine for 3 months very consistently 10-15min stretching and 30 minutes jelqing (3days on, one day of, 2 days on). I have gained 1cm in girth, but nothing in lenght. I think I got to change something to kick start the lenght gaining??
What about a split routine 30 min jelqing in the morning and up to 30 min stretching in the evening?
I`m on the verge of something bigger
