Hey guys..

I been doing the newberoutine for 3 months very consistently 10-15min stretching and 30 minutes jelqing (3days on, one day of, 2 days on). I have gained 1cm in girth, but nothing in lenght. I think I got to change something to kick start the lenght gaining??
What about a split routine 30 min jelqing in the morning and up to 30 min stretching in the evening?

Any thoughts.

I believe a thorough warmup is extremely important even critical but you’re already doing that so the problem must lie elsewhere.

Maybe you’re ready for hanging? That is the premiere way to gain length.

Nice girth gains. On the one hand, you are gaining great girth and would want to keep doing what you’re doing. On the other hand, you want to gain length first because the more girth you have, the harder it is to gain the length.

You can split the routine up like you said. It won’t necessarily do anything extra for length, but sometimes little changes make big differences so maybe it will work. Take care to wait at least an hour or two after jelqing to do the stretching, to give your dick enough time to get totally flaccid again. Or do your stretching routine morning, and jelqing evening. Whatever makes the stretching session the most flaccid.

Some tips about stretching. When stretching straight down, use the other hand to push on the ligaments, which will be taut. Do it a few times per workout and stop if they get sore. Another tip, mix up your grip location. Do some stretching by grabbing at mid-shaft, and some at the base-shaft, and then of course plenty with normal grip just below the glans. It makes sure you’re mixing the stretch between ligs, tunica, and skin. You can get a good lig stretch by using a base grip, and then pushing on the ligs with the off-hand. Always be as flaccid as possible when stretching. If you start to get a semi, wait a minute for it to go down before continuing the stretch routine.

Try adding some fulcrum stretches (v-stretch, a-stretch, c-stretch). And piss-pulls, basically stretching out your flaccid several times a day just for 10-30 seconds. If none of the manual stuff works, I agree go to hanging, even though I have no experience with it (yet).

Hanging is awesome, but the learning curve is almost vertical.

Bearded dragon, can you please explain a little bit more what you mean by pushing the ligaments when dooing downward stretches? I do have a problem with remaining 100% flacid thru the session. Will be more consequent with that. Otherwise I do the fulcrom stretches. Think I will Wait and see before hanging, girth is my major concern so far:)

If girth is what you want mostly, then keep doing what you’re doing because it’s working well.

For the ligaments thing, do a straight down stretch with one hand. With the other hand, feel at the base of your penis, on top of the shaft, where it connects to the pubic bone. Just under the skin there should be two ligaments. I can feel them really well, maybe it is different for some guys. They anchor the penis shaft to the pubic bone to hold it in position. Normally the anchor is loose and you couldn’t feel them there, but when stretching straight down, they are bearing the load, and they are taut (tight, fully lengthened, like a rope or anchor line) so if you press into the skin you can actually feel them in there, tight like a rope. Pressing on them while holding the full downward stretch will stretch the ligaments even more.

Do you perform stretches before or after jelqs?

I personally believe that you may think about keeping the routine and just do more. I am now at 30 minutes of manual stretch and 30 minutes of jelqing, 5 times a week.
It seems to work in length and girth for me as my measurements confirm (after 8 weeks got additional 0.28 inches of BPEL and additional 0.39 inches of BPFSL).
This is for my personal taste a very good growth rate per month - hoping to be able to keep it up for a while.

What I am working on is jelqing at quite low erection levels, I’ve read somewhere (sorry I do not remember and don’t find it again in a search) that low erection level jelqing works more for lenght and high EL works better for girth.
Maybe it’s just my body rexponding that way, maybe it’s a way you could try too.

no, I’m mostly doing 2on/1off/3on/1off sequences over the week.
But I am flexible, sometimes I have to shift days for professional reasons.

Overall I just care to have my 5x65 minutes per week for PE.
Plus 7x25 minutes per week for Kegeling.
Plus at least 6 hours per week of hiking as I want to reduce weight.
