Split exercise for girth gain

My current workout is 20 mins stretch 30 mins jelq all done at night, and my aim is mostly EG gain. Due to my work load, I have to split my time table.

Is it better to have my strecth session in the morning and jelq at night so I could benefit from tissues rebuild while I sleep?

I personally do not believe that it matters at what time of day you do the individual exercise. Also, don’t forget to warm up and warm down.

P.s. A great program for girth, is clamping. Just please make sure you have completed the newbie routine, so your unit is ready.

I agree with shagnasty. Ensure a full warm up and warm down.I personaly complete my session in one go but I haven’t read or heard of a split session being a hindrance.give it a go and let us know how you get on.

I’ve got about 2 more weeks until I finish the newbie routine.. And then I’m going to start clamping.
