Sperm Donation

First question : is it good or bad for PE routine ? I mean if I’ll have to donate sperm 3 times a week , plus having sex with my GF on top of that , so I’ll have to ejaculate at least once a week , will it bring any harm to results of my routine ?

And out of curiosity : have anyone done sperm donation through sperm bank ? Pros and cons of that ?

Don’t see a problem really.

If you donate sperm three times a week (more than they recommend, I believe) you’ll ejaculate more than once per week.

Sex with the girlfriend? They usually ask you not to ejaculate or have sex for a day or two before you donate, so you won’t have time for sex with the girlfriend.

It’s a clever way to ask “will masturbation affect gains,” but I’m adding your thread to my list anyway. :)
