Ok so I’m on the newbie routine for 3 weeks now doing 10 min stretches and 10 min jelqing. Should I increase the jelq time to 15-20 min ? I think I can handle it without any problems. What do you think about clamping this early in PE ?

If you feel like 10 minutes is light, then step it up a little.

Slowly add time. For instance splitting your jelqing up, doing 5 minutes at a low intensity (20-40%) and 5 minutes at a high intensity (60-80%). The low intensity will aim for length while the high for girth. Add 1 minute of jelqing to each, every two weeks until you hit the 10 minutes. This will give you a total of 20 minutes, which is build up slowly and has the biggest chance of giving you both length and girth gains.

For stretching I would add 30 seconds to each direction, every 2 two weeks until you hit 3 minutes to each direction. The 3 minute long stretches have I been doing for 15 months now, with excellent results.

Start clamping when you don’t are a newbie anymore, which means start it after 3 consistent months of the newbie routine.

As a far as basically just starting PE with some experience, do you feel that 10 minutes is enough for jelqing for each workout?

So wait, jelqing at lower erection levels is for lenght and higher erection levels is for girth? I thought it was the other way around all this time lol

Well for me jelqing isn’t the main exercise, just a good addition that would speed up gains but not bring up the main gains. Just like running for muscle mass in your legs, squatting will give you much faster gains but the gains made from running are valuable too. Doing them both will bring you optimal gains.

I started slow, I’m only doing about 100 jelq’s per routine because my dick gets ‘tired’ of the jelqing and won’t maintain 20% erection.

3 minutes long stretches? How do you grip? My grip slips after stretching 40 seconds.

Put some blood in your glans and grab just behind the glans. The blood in the glans makes long stretches possible, in enhances the grip.

Basic advice that should be heeded by all pe’ers is ‘listen to your cock’, you should know if your overdoing it.
