Speeding up the deconditioning process

I’m a week into my deconditioning break, and I’m already craving to PE again. Someone mentioned a two week break for anyone under a year of experience. Most say “as long as you need to”. I’m going to decondition as long as necessary, but I was wondering if there was anything i can do to make the process fast. Putting some heat on it? Not ejaculating? Ejaculating more?


Start: NBPEL 5.1 EG 5 (january 2009)

Current: NBPEL 5.75 EG 5.5

Goal: NBPEL 8.5 EG 6.5

I’m not quite sure why you are deconditioning, and what are you deconditioning for? Have you sustained an injury (I checked you messages but can’t find a problem)

Normally a 2 -3 month session on the Newbie routine can be followed without a break.. unless you have a problem.

Gains have slowed, my penis is more resistant to jelqing and hanging. It’s been a while since I’ve done the newbie routine. I’ve known of thunders for a year, but I’ve done irregular jelqing before that.

As for my question, any responses?
