Specific Stretching Technique Question

So I’ve got a pretty thin unit. Especially when flaccid. When stretching I worry I’m having to grip harder to get a good pull. It can sometimes reach painful at which point I quit. I’ve seen and read that you grip behind the glans. My question is, are you pulling forward using the glans as a stop of sorts or are you simply gripping behind the glands but keeping the pressure there?

My concern is obviously nerve damage.

As a side note I’ve thought about and even seen something like a Chinese finger trap (sorry this is what I know it as, not meant to be offensive if this isn’t called that officially). Anyone trued these? Maybe more even distribution of pressure? With a thin unit there’s less padding around the internal structure. Don’t want any injury : )

If you’ve ever played with one of those, you would know it would squeeze the glans the more you tug. Not a move I’d make.

I grip behind the glans but try to keep the grip away from using the glans as a stop. Interpretation will vary, of course.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Ok that may be my mistake. I was thinking that the shape of the glans was the reasoning behind gripping there. Using the glands as a stop to prevent internal squeezing, yet honestly it happens regardless I guess. I’ll have to modify my grip. As I said, my unit is just not thick so I’m having to tighten down due to a lack of.. Well surface area and so lack of grip I guess.

I’m taking it way easier though. Rather have a thin functioning penis than an injured one.

Stretching is tricky. Definitely take it easy, till you get the hang of it.

I may be one of the few that actual grip the glands. Try it as an alternative, but be careful and know most people probably don’t recommend it.
