Specific routines for flaccid gain

Hey all,

I’m a total newbie to PE, read through the FAQ and beginner routines and I’m starting with that.
My goals are specific to flaccid gain. I’m somewhere between 5.5” and just under 6” erect and I’m okay with that, but flaccid is totally embarrassing. If I could get even an inch of flaccid length and a bit of girth I would be REALLY happy.
Any suggestion about how I can structure my routine around that would be deeply appreciated!

I would recommend fowfers. That’s what I’m doing (literally right now as I type this) to increase flaccid gain.

Don’t you cut off the blood supply with fowfers? How long do ou have to sit on yourself for?

I don’t think so. I usually do it in half hour or 45 minute blocks. As with anything PE related pay attention to what is going on with your dick. If you feel it going numb then cut the session short. I have had some numbness when it gets towards the end of an hour or so if I’m sitting in certain positions., hence my 30-45 minute time frame rule.

Fowfers and an ADS, such a a golf weight.

Anyone has really made flaccid length improvement?

Fowfer so you can feel the burn. remember pain is no good, you’ll know the difference. And give it a break now and than to get the blood flowing again.
