Hi everyone, I am new to the forum but I have made attempts at PE on and off in the past. I need some serious work done on my girth and I have some specific questions before I get started. So I’ll go over my stats:
5’10” 170lbs in great physical shape
7x3.5 (I know, pity me)

In the past, when I have done jelqs on one day and tried to do more the next day, my unit would be tired and I could not stay consistent with my routines. My main goal would be to gain lots of girth at a healthy rate, but gaining length in the meantime would be a bonus. I have a few questions though..
1) I have a slight bend to the left and would like to straighten it out, how do I jelq and straighten it at the same time?
2) Is it normal to require stimulation in order to achieve 100% erection?
3) What are some opinions/reviews on the Bathmate?
4) What do you guys do when your unit doesn’t feel like going for a PE workout that day?

I numbered the questions accordingly so it’s easier to answer.

Hi getmehbig and welcome. I’ll try to answer your questions clearly and simply.

1- you can jelq against the bend and that may fix it. You can also just pretend it doesn’t exist. PE has a funny way of fixing things like this on its own. Or accentuating it. Your choice.

2- sure. You shouldn’t need 100% erection for the type of PE you are doing. If you’re concerned, quit the porn or at least cut back.

3- the bathmate is a piece of crap that it overpriced. If you’re going to go the pumping route a standard pump with a gauge is much better and more cost effective. My advice, hold off on all tools for now.

4- don’t do PE that day. Plain and simple. If it’s not up for it, it just isn’t. You will do more harm than good. So just take the day.

You say you haven’t been consistent. My opinion is that you should start a routine and stick to it. Don’t be afraid to take rest days and try not to worry about the size of your dick. This takes time and dedication. It does not happen overnight. Try the linear newbie routine in my signature. It’s great for you to find your sweet spot. Be patient brother. Take some solid starting measurements and if you can some pictures for yourself so you can look back and see the progress. Good luck

Stretching and pumping straightened my curve although it took several years

You might have heavy metal contamination or vitamin/mineral deficiencies, I had a reduced libido because of those reasons, it took several months and lots of supplements to return things to normal. Take a teaspoon of celery seeds every morning and an ashwaganda pill for a quicker fix

I really like the bathmate, mainly because it is easy and you do your PE surrounded by hot bath water. The best thing about the bathmate is that a session lasts no longer than 25 minutes including warm up. Another advantage is that you don’t need an erection to get good results

4) What do you guys do when your unit doesn’t feel like going for a PE workout that day?

Have a rest, my cock seems to grow slightly after 1-2 rest days.

PS I found that keeping things hot during PE allowed me to increase my girth more quickly than before. I use an Thermotex Wrist, far infra red heat pad to warm up.

Great responses guys, I appreciate it! I’ll get started tomorrow on the Linear Newbie Routine and see where I gauge on that. Also, on the off-days, do you still do kegel exercises, apply heat, etc, or do you just flat out do nothing that day?

I usually do nothing, although sometimes I’ll warm up and have a wank to check my progress. ;)

A couple guys here with experience has encouraged me to heat, heat, heat!


If you think you can or think you cant; either way, you are right.

You want girth? Easy. Heat, jelq. Heat jelq. Heat jelq etc. Stick to a programm. Dont go over 6 inches max. At least for starters.

Definitely Heat and Jelqs are the way to go for girth. When you have a good six months of jelqing under your belt you could incorporate some more advanced techniques such as Clamped Edging and erect jelqs.

I am really looking to up my girth game I am (guestimate) 7L*4.75G and really want to hit 6inch girth, I suppose its going to come down to heat and jelqs, so better get moving with the jelqs.
