Spacing out your PE sessions.
I’ve got two questions for forum members:
1. In your experience do you benefit more from spacing your PE sessions closely together or further apart, for example 5 days on, and 2 days off as suggested in the newbie routine, or spacing them out like 2 on, 2 off. Or do you take no breaks at all and have a rest day just when you feel like it?
2. What is your opinion on having a break from PE, some may call it a decon. Has it been beneficial to you to not touch your dick for an extended period? Did your gain? Did you lose or sustain your gains? I’m sure there are many different threads on this topic but I thought I’d chuck that one in there anyway.
