South American Guy needing help for routine

Hi, guys

Kinda need some help here..
I’ve been reading lots of post and decided to start, to give myself a chance!
Here’s the problem:

I have a 4,6 inch penis with 4,2 inches thickness..
Small penis, thin penis = seems like a huge problem!

The routine suggested by the site is:

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

So, I just wanted you guys to give me some more directions, tips
And considering I am 30 years old.. Well, I’ll think positive ..

My goal is only 6 inches lenght x 5,5 girth.

Just start off with the newbie routine you outlined above and see how things are going after a few weeks. My only advice for now is don’t try too hard by using too much force and causing injury. This is a long process.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
