What is sounding and does it help with PE?

Sounding is when you insert a slender stainless steel rod into your pee hole and down your urethra. Sounding rods come in many lengths and diameters depending on your level of comfort and experience. Of course, to do this, the rod has to be surgically clean and lubricated.
I do not believe sounding contributes to PE results.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have used a vibrating sound to stimulate my prostate. I doubt sounding will improve PE, but rather it could intensify it because of is stimulating effect.
Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"
Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"
