Well hi guys :)
Sorry for making this dumb thread but im not really sure..
The other day I found about this great community, I saw YGUY`s progress report and damn that was amazing :) Im starting as about the same size as him so I would be proud to get to 6” in length or something..
So I read a lot that day I downloaded the jelqing and the stretching videos and I started doing the newbie routine theres no pain but my main question is that I`m not really sure if I`m making the right thing.
When I strech Im not sure if Im only stretching the skin or the things im supossed to stretch. Theres like this feeling at the beginning of the unit (I stll dont get most of the terminology you guys are using maybe its because english is not my primary language.)
When jelqing what Im just supossed to holding it really hard and going up for 3 seconds and repeating that with the other hand?
And once again sorry for making that dumb thread.
