So I started back up just this past week and I’m already sore. Prob just stretching too hard. When I stretch downward the gland is where I feel the soreness. Think I should take a couple of days of rest and maybe warm rice sock. Hate when this stuff happens! Throws everything off track! But I know rest is important.

I stretch below the glans when doing manually stretches and have never been sore from it.
