For some reason after doing my normal routine, my dick is unusually more sore then normal. Should I take a break? Or just continue to do it. Btw it is not my break day

Try lightening your routine, either by reducing the number of reps or the amount of time for exercises such as jelqs and stretches. You should feel a “good” sore feeling that is not painful at all. Once you get a “bad” sore that is stronger than normal and may include pain, that is negative PI, meaning you’re overdoing something.

Whats your routine?

2 minute reverse bundled (mandingo)
15 A stretches
1 minute straight out

This is one set I do 5 of these

Then I do 700 jelqs either an hour later or right after
