Been in the PE game for about 3 weeks now and I have gained 3/8” bpfl, but have such poor EQ that I can’t get a good idea whether that has translated to EL gains. I also have some soreness on each side of the base and I have to slowly let go of each manual stretch or it hurts the base.

And——is 5 on 2 off or 2 on 1 off better for a newbie

Everyone is different but I would say that 5 on 2 off would be way too much for true newbie. Follow your PI’s and make sure you aren’t using a death grip in jelquing either. Everyone is different in that area also but generally you don’t need all that much pressure in the jelq. Start slow and build up as you go.

What should I feel during my stretching?

Tough one for me to describe their but the best I can put it is very firm but not to the point of pain. I have stretched hard enough where there is some very mild pain at the base like you describe the next day. If I get that pain then I monitor my PI’s and skip a workout or do a very mild one depending on how I feel.

Should I PE before sex? If I know I’m hooking up later in the night

I wouldn’t, I would save that energy for the sex. I am almost 45 and haven’t had sex in a very long time so someone else should probably chime in on that one. Some people like to pump pre sex to get the girth up but that is another issue. Why fatigue your unit more than it already sounds like it is, go for the sex. Once you get a handle on how much jelquing you can take to just improve EQ and not fatigue it then I could see doing it a few hours before sex.

Won’t make much of difference I think, it might help you have a better flacid hang :) I would advice not doing too much incase you make your penis too tired for action later on haha. So “mild” PE would be good in my opinion.

I agree with this.

The worst thing that can happen in my experience is to go flaccid during sex, it’s such a disappointment to both partners.

I would definitely not do PE before sex. The amount of friction applied to the penis in PE is far greater than the light, gentle feeling of a woman’s pussy. So be very careful with PE in general or else you will run the risk of desensitizing your dick to the feeling of a woman’s vagina.

I usually beat the daylights out of my penis with PE (figuratively speaking) and usually its too sensitive/sore for extended sex ( which is preferred). The wife doesnt notice the difference because there is no EQ difference, BUT its just not as enjoyable to me. So i would recommend NO PE before sex for a newbie; for others only LIGHT PE before sex—unless your and your penis have a special enough relationship to know better. :P
