Soreness after manual stretching?

After my first few days of peing my ligs were really sore afterwards i just wanted to know if that is normal.

Also i read before that in order to really make gains from just stretching u have to do it for an extended amount of time.

hot wrap for 5 min
manual stretch for 15 minutes
jelq for 15 minutes
manual stretch for 10 minutes
girth exercise
head exercise
hot wrap 5 minutes

Is this an ok routine for a newbie? I really want length gains mostly in the early stages then girth.

Any suggestions.
