Hi I started some DLD excercises. The day after, i felt this sorness behnd the head of of my penis. Should i still do my excercises ven with that soreness?

The exercises you were doing, did you jelq all the way to the glan? If so, this explains the soreness. When starting, push your ok grip as deep into your fat-pad as possible & proceed to jelq, then with each stroke take it to half to an inch BEFORE reaching the glan.
