Sore. what should I do

Sore. what should I do

My ligaments and base of penis are sore. I can not feel it unless I pull it though. I am wondering if the soreness is normal or if I should take time off? I have been PEing for 3 weeks, doing everything correctly. I was drunk last night and with my girlfriend, she is aware of my PEing because I told her. She asked me how I do it so I pulled into a downward stretch on the couch with her watching. Long story short, she asked if she could try and she was stretching me and she was like, “does that hurt” I said no and she pulled maybe to hard. I don’t want to blame my girlfriend for everything but, how long should sore ligaments take to heal?

Oh yea, one more thing is it possible to hurt the actual ligaments?

I’d advise you to take 2-3 days off to recuperate. By the way, is your flaccid hang reduced? Over stretching the ligs may cause this.

No my flaccid is a lot longer than when I started 3 weeks ago, unfortunately sex last night was far from pleasurable. Does anyone else agree I should take off a couple days?

If it’s sore you should rest a few days regardless of flaccid. I was just inquiring because if your flaccid was a bit turtled you may have done better to take more than just 2-3 days off.

Well if there is no bruising I did not do anything to serious, so 2-3 days shouldn’t be to bad.

Ligaments are not as sore as they were yesterday. It been 2 days now with no PE, maybe tomorrow I should be alright? If I still have a little soreness tomorrow will I be alright to stretch? Also how do you guys hang 10 pounds from your unit and not get sore? I am wondering if I am over reacting

Alright then, I am just feeling anxious because in my first three weeks I was responding so well. So like many 20 year olds would do is push the limit. I believe I will wait until all soreness was subsided, but I will still hot wrap because it is then my ligaments feel 100%. Thanks guys for the information.
